8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our App at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. Please review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Echo regarding the use of our App.
